This light blue ski jacket with hood is pretty and warm! I wore it during one of the nasty cold spells in New England, 10 degrees F with a windchill and 20mph winds with wind gusts to 40 mph and this jacket blocked the wind and kept me warm. I have 2 of these now, the other is in the peach color, also pretty and warm. Note that the size runs on the large end, I could have sized down one size, but I can wear a sweater under the jacket and be comfortable, no tightness in the arms or across the shoulders. ... show more

For the size, the jacket/coat fits me perfect!!!! I love that it has the extra room in case I’m wearing heavy/bulky tops. Love the style and the durability! This is a great jacket for the price point. I was wary to purchase an unknown brand especially when I was in desperate need of a new winter coat that would keep me warm and dry, especially during bus duty. I am often outside when it’s raining or snowing or incredibly windy and cold, so I needed something that was going to be functional and keep me dry and keep the cold wind at bay, too. This coat has so many pockets, it’s warm, water resistant, and I have no issues as yet. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the hood flaps in the front don’t have a way to be secured down to the coat so they aren’t flapping around in your face. They are only able to secure to each side rather than to the coat as well so that the flaps aren’t getting in your way. Otherwise it’s a good coat. ... show more

This jacket is true to size. I’m 5’9 and 208lb and got an L. I can perfectly be wearing a thermal shirt and a sweater under it and be completely comfortable and warm. Used it to go skiing in NH, some days I even went with just the thermal undershirt and was very warm. I saw some reviews complaining about the zipper quality, for me the zipper worked perfectly and it’s very sturdy. The pockets zipper feels a little more flimsy but they still held up perfectly. Having said this, the sleeves are a little short for an L but nothing that some longer gloves can’t solve. What I like the most is that it keeps you very warm without being heavy or bulky. Overall I think is a really good jacket and completely recommend it. And you can’t beat the price, specially when you compare it with the ones that are $299+ at the Ski stores. ... show more

I needed a jacket to do Wisconsin winter chores in. I was previously wearing my late husbands carhart that is too big and heavy. I wanted something warm, light enough to shovel and drive the tractor plowing snow. I am so pleased with the weight and flexibility of this jacket. During our subzero weather recently I had to wear a fleece jacket underneath but I don’t mind layers, I can still do my chores easily. I normally wear a medium to large but I decided to size up after reading the reviews. I ordered an extra large and it is perfect. I love the deep pockets, the hood is my favorite. It has Velcro in front which works well to tighten the hood around my neck. I hate when my neck gets cold. I also love the soft fur lining, I wish it had it in the sleeves as my arms are cooler than my body. The cuffs have Velcro to adjust around your wrist. It fits well, is comfortable and looks great!
