    • Super easy starting, super quiet and great output
This is without a doubt the best generator I've ever had. I have a building on my property where it's not feasible to run power. I use the building several hours each week as a shop for various property projects. It's miserably hot, so I bought a 10,000 BTU window air conditioner and run it on this generator. The wattage on the airconditioner is about 700 or so and this unit handles it magnificently. It runs about 6 hours on a tank. I bought one of the vibration-activated hour meters and velcroed it to the case and it keeps perfect time. This generator starts instantly on the first pull and is so quiet it's astonishing.     • Just as good as a Predator!
The media could not be loaded. One pull start! This thing is great!!! Super quiet, love the eco mode for when it is idling. I got the 2000W and I could use circular saw, angle grinder and the miter saw just fine! Like with any gas engine, when the motor is warm you don’t have to turn the choke all the way on to start. I’m super happy with this. Should have bought one years ago. Really think this might be the same manufacturer as Honda just packaged differently. ... show more

    • Starts right up, quiet at low load, louder at high load
Was very pleased with how easily this generator started and worked right out of the box (after adding oil). Very quiet when idling, but pretty loud once a load is applied. I’ve heard worse though. Handled intermittent high loads just fine. Ran my circular saw and corded impact driver with no problem, revving up each time the tool was turned on. ... show more

    • Make sure you add oil to it
This is a wonderful, small generator, easy to pull however, they ship with very little oil in it and the sensor will not allow to start unless you fill it up with oil. The oil is not provided and there’s no warning on the fill tube to indicate to pre-fill before starting. That’s my only complaint.

    • Generator does not work in time of crisis
I purchased this generator to have on hand in case of a power outage. During some catastrophic storms we lost power this week and I tried to use this generator. I followed every step in the instruction manual and was unable to get the generator to start. I pulled the spark plug out to see if it was getting spark and it was not. I then bought a replacement spark plug hoping it was just a bad spark plug but that too did not work. The spark plug is not getting ignition from the engine. Due to the poor quality control on this I am now unable to power my deep freezers and will be losing thousands of dollars of meat. Do not purchase this brand. Spend the extra money on a reputable brand with better quality control. ... show more

    • Great Generator for the price.
I use this generator to run a A/C unit on a crane. Pulled it out of the box and added oil and gas. Cranked on the first pull and ran flawlessly. Still continues to crank on the first pull and purr like a kitten.

    • EXCELLENT VALUE
The build and design quality of this generator are excellent. Both the layout of controls and accessories are well thought out. For example, the threaded funnel used to add and remove oil is very much appreciated. I was able to load test the unit and it meets the 1800 watt continuous load and 2200 startup load specifications. This generator even managed to start a shop vac with considerably more that 2200 watts startup power draw even though it was not consistent in doing so. The unit is also surprisingly quiet compared to what I was expecting. While I've only run it a short time so far, everything seems to be in order :0). ... show more
