It looks like it could have been attractive, but there were a few problems. First, the quality control in vetting previously returned items was lacking. I received a used item. I understand that returned zebra blinds should not end up in landfills. However, only pristine items should be sent to someone who pays for a new (not refurbished) item. The outer amazon box was in great shape. The inner clear plastic box was badly broken and the identifying stickers and bar code were covered with new white stickers to obscure the old information. There was no mounting hardware or instructions with the zebra blind, just random bits of broken plastic. Second, I pulled the blinds down a bit to see the fabric. The fabric looked nice although the edges looked like they could be prone to fraying. Also, the raising and lowering mechanism did not work as expected. It was a bit finicky and perhaps this caused the previous owner to return it. There may be a defect. I am returning the item. I'm disappointed. ... show more
