So I’ll start with the basics. It definitely takes a month to get the unit. Comes shipped over seas but the seller deals with the import issues ? Other then that the seller was fantastic to deal with I was getting bit in patient due to I bought mini ex from another comapny it only took 3 weeks this definitely took 5 weeks other then that I’m very happy with the unit so far as time goes on I will update as issues show up it’s a 15hp rato engine not Brigs that’s ok it fired right up with Absolutely no issues at all had to add engine oil hydrolic fluid and gas once I did unit works fine as it should I will be checking bolts and changing fluids shortly and adding a cooliny fan it does have. Cooling fan for the ox hydroloc cooler definitely if I would make a recommendation to the seller for upgrades I would probably add springs on the stand that you stand on as this unit will definitely shake you a lot For the price point, it’s not a deterrent not to buy it very happy with the sellers freight company. It was FedEx for me. That’s the way to do it because the other company I bought from used a third-party freight company and they were horrible to deal with. FedEx was fantastic. Update 10-28-24 the machine has 3 hours on it so far it works as it should engine is good found some bolts that needed to be tightened only issue I have had is the ex hydraulic tank cap leaked fixed that issue know the worst issue the tracks for the love of god they fall off all the time no matter how tight you get them the rubber rolls when you make a turn not a 360 spin turn just normal turn I seem to have solved the issue tightend down the tracks a lot!!! it. seems to have helped only issue is I’m sure I’m going to smoke the bearings in it I will be buying. A better track local and hope for the best would I be lot more happy if they shipped me a machine that was not a high track as seen in the photos of the listing .I feel like the track issue would not be so bad still just a msg to the seller do something about the tracks the machine is useless it I can’t use it in small dirt or 3/4 rocks I should of received a machine as listed in the photos a flat bottom track machine not this machine with high track ... show more

Item arrived with 68 hours on the meter. Shipping and condition of shipment was a nightmare. Amazon bounced me back third party seller wich refused to admit any wrong doing. Amazon has tried to soften the blow of this purchase. Buyer beware of third party seller.

This would be an awesome machine if the hydraulic cap wouldn’t leak and the track would stay on. So far the company hasn’t had a solution after reaching out several times.
