I'll admit that I purchased these to make my second gen CRV look a little more aggressive, but I was pleased after having them for three or four months to find that they out perform any other tire I've ever had mounted. Obviously the tread pattern is made specifically for traction in loose dirt, but I've done a fair amount of driving in the heavy rain and snow and they provide excellent traction and handling. If you have standard tires on your small/medium SUV, these will look and perform five hundred percent better, it's worth it... and they look amazing.
