Instructions will tell you how to install without the Toyota factory cargo management rails- Do Not install with out the cargo management system- it will work but not properly. I just bought a brand new 2024 TUNDRA CREWMAX with 5.5’ bed and this hard cover fits perfectly and beautifully. It looks like it was very well made and very smart design and engineered. I am very happy with it.

Overall this product is exactly what I wanted and expected. I will say that I went with Amazon even though they were prices about $25 more than going direct through Gator. I thought about placing order with Amazon initially but decided to go through Gator directly. Big mistake. The estimated delivery date was changed three different times and I was never given a tracking number for the shipment. After the third change I went back to square one and the Amazon order was placed on a Tuesday and the product arrived that Friday. Gator did credit me back money for the initial purchase and I was even able to use Amazon Prime Rewards Card to buy this product interest free for 18 months..roughly $38 bucks a month). It fits. I ordered it with only one review saying it fits a 2022 Tundra and it does. Easy install, was fast, no brainer. Im not sure how water proof it is, I live in a desert. Looks sharp. Minor molding bent in shipping. Nother major. Happy with it so far.

Sold under GATOR label but actually manufactured by one of their umbrella companies "Undercover" Rails were missing parts. When I called GATOR, the agent says we cannot provide you parts you have to call Undercover. I said it lists on Amazon as GATOR, agent says yes but we have several companies that manufacture covers.
