I've noticed a big difference between working out WITH this and WITHOUT this. Definitely prefer the WITH. Personally I feel it just makes me want to work out longer, gives me more energy during the workout, plus that feeling you get sometimes when you really just "don't feel like it" goes away a few minutes after taking this. You could probably just rename it a "can o' whoopass." One really awesome thing about it - my wife is recovering from cancer treatment (chemo/radiation/surgery/all that nightmare type stuff). Recently she's started doing physical therapy and trying to get in some small workouts at home. She LOVES this stuff. And I noticed a huge improvement in her performance just watching her do physical therapy after using it. A lot of times even around the house she'll just feel sluggish and tired. I took the product for the first time and proceeded to the gym for my typical morning workout the day after receiving the product. On the drive there I noticed I started gripping the steering wheel as if I were going to rip the steering column from the vehicle, the beast inside had awoken. Upon arrival my skin was tingling and I walked to the door of the gym and grab to handle only to rip the door from its hinges and hurled it about 300 yards as if Harambe himself had reincarnated within me. Snarling like a rabid dog I proceeded to free weights, there a vision of George Washington himself atop 1500pound grizzly bear approached me. He flexed his muscles and vaporized the colonial attire that had once shrouded his power. With a simple nod of the head he looked down from his steed and forcefully said " more weight". I grabbed the heaviest thing I could find and began curling it with ease, the power of the nitraflex filled me with hatred towards heavy things. The pump in my arms grew. By this time I knew what was required of me, I must destroy this gym. With a blood curdling war cry the walls around me began to crack and fall. Soon nothing but a heap of ruble and dust rained down upon me and with superman like move I emerged from the ruble victorious. I am an experienced lifter and I have been lifting and supplementing for 7 years. I have tried a wide variety of supplements on the market but what I have noticed these last 3 years or so, the market has been flooded with all sorts of new pre-workout supplements more than any other form or muscle enhancing or building supplement. Quite frankly, it's hard to keep up them all. Of course, you want to get the most bang for you buck. After Jack3d was discontinued (I was on the original formula for 3 years and was my go to pre-workout) I was forced to look for something new. There is nothing worse than spending your hard earned $ on a supplement that doesn't meet your expectations and you have to settle and make the best of the situation because you don't want or can't afford to drop another $40+ on something better hoping that works. The guessing game is over. This is my go to supplement. After the first dose I increased the length of time I train by almost 30 mins. The pumps came in strong and I was extremely focused. The price is much lower than other supplements that are not as good as this. I am taking watermelon flavor and is the best tasting supplement I have ever taken. 5 stars, definitely recommend it ... show more

Wow! Great stuff and is defInitely Helping with my workouts and other physical activities. I would recommend following the warnings because this product is pretty intense. I will only take a full scoop if I know I'm going to really exert myself. I am currently using the watermelon flavor and have no complaints with the taste. The product takes about 10 minutes to kick in and initially starts with some tingle in the face and hands. It's a little more intense than the traditional niacin flush. After about 20 minutes the caffeine and vasodilator start to really take effect and you will feel like climbing a wall/ doing an extra set/ shave 30 seconds off your mile. It really boosts your workout but make sure you're doing something because you won't be able to sit still otherwise. Make sure you don't take this product at least eight hours before you plan on sleeping - I drink plenty of coffee and it doesn't bother my sleep, Nitraflex does. As far as long term effects, I'm unable to say, but definitely getting more pumps and I am getting more days in the gym. Best of all, I'm getting more pumps without creatine (I like the extra performance I get from creatine but hate the bloat). This product works! Pros: Works! Decent taste. Mixes easily. Good value. No crash. No creatine! Cons: Artificial sweeteners. Artificial colors. A bit caffeine heavy. ... show more
