I wanted to hook up my house LP stub to my Camp Chef side kick grill and this hose and included adapters worked perfectly. I had a 1/2" stub from my house LP connection and needed a 1/2" adapter to connect to the quick disconnect but other than that it all work great. Yeah, so this is half the cost of brand name, but still has high quality parts. Great, solid fittings. Attached to my generator in a snap, and don't leak at all. I will say that these types of hoses shouldn't be left in the elements, they will dry out and crack over time, just fyi. I already have a 1/2" quick connect installed on my patio's Natural Gas line. Hose couples perfectly to the 1/2" quick connect, and to the 3/8" BBQ grill's female flare fitting. (Hose comes with a 1/2" to 3/8" flared coupler)
