The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble and great for the value. Only complaint is that the glass fire shield does not attach to the top or sit in a channel… it just sits on the surface meaning it could easily slide off if nudged. The instructions indicated that there was a channel for it to sit in, but there is not. ... show more

Okay, received the box, clearly had damage from fork truck blades...three times. Glass shattered, frame bent, completely destroyed. Reached out to Customer Service group to see what the next move would be. Within 24 hours they sent me a tracking number for the new unit along with their apologies. Had the new fire pit in three days. Amazing. Now for the fire pit itself. If you can use a screwdriver and a hex key, this goes together easily. Good hardware, no stripped inserts. Went together smoothly. I like that the pit has a dual flame unit, much brighter and warmer than our last unit. The wind deflector really keeps the flame inside the fire bowl when it is blowing hard. Nice touch. Good looking and functioning unit. Glad I took a chance on this one. ... show more
