I love this item! It comes with 2 big hand shaped scoops that I can grab all those leaves that I would have to rake up in a bunch and try and pick up with a dust pan and keep that process going. This is so easy to use and the big round bag that comes with it, is a perfect height and size to dump all that I pick up into it. WOW. I am blown away by this awesome Rake and flat sided leaf bag combo... they really work great together. You can load a ton of leaves into this special leaf bag, which is of excellent quality! It has a dragging strap, as well as an emptying strap. Nice gloves too (but I use my leather ones.) The rake is VERY COOL in design, it is higher, allowing for the movement of more leaves, you can also use it tamp the leaves down into the bag (using something like a garbage tamper, may be a better solution here, as the rake is not really designed to be used as a ram. The price is A DEAL! The rake screws together well, and is quite study when assembled. The rake is also lite to use. Overall, I am DELIGHTED with my purchase, and I bet you'll be too. I LOVE the scoopers. They pick up so much at one time it’s almost crazy. I made yard work so much easier. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bag it comes with is floppy and a little flimsy. Why have I waited 19 years living in the woods to buy this product? I would give it 10 stars out of 5. The bag it comes with hold 2 wheelbarrow, barrels, full of weeds and leafs. The scoops pick up an amazing amount and they drop it into the bag without falling all over the place. They are sturdy and well made. And the rake works fabulously. And they have rubber eyes, gloves on the hand Palm part with breathable air on the back of the hand. Best product ever bye. Bye. ... show more

Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect ordering an item like this, but I have to say after using the set a few times, even the highest of expectations would have been exceeded! Sometimes these things can be very cheaply made, but that is NOT the case here. I recently moved from a major city to a beach town - and found myself having to care for a very large yard for the first time. My options were a few hundred bucks for a leaf blower, or buy this and put a little manual effort in. This made leaf clean up a BREEZE. The bag holds plenty of leaves - but not too many that it gets too heavy to pick up and dump. The large handle rakes are amazing - it took no time at all to rake, and then use the claws to move the big piles into the bag, and then take the bag to the street.     • Plastic part that holds bag open not good

I like the rake fine. It does a good job and is light weight. The bags is a great idea but they hard plastic piece that keeps the bags open broke before use. I could still use the bag. The other problem is new that the bag is open the hard plastic piece makes it impossible to fold back up. Now I have a bags that is as big as a trash can taking up space and it is broken. Wish it came as shown in pic with the flexible plastic top hold bag open. That way it could be stored flat and used open and not break. Not sure if I will keep. Maybe if the company can send the bag pictured instead of the one I received. ... show more

Sturdy rake and just the right length and handle grip. The first rake ordered didn’t fit the handle, seller understood my problem after I sent an explanation and a video. I offered to send it back but seller said “no need”. I got the replacement and I’m happy about it. Great customer service.
