I thought the silicone would be easier than the typical baskets, it wasn’t. It was too flimsy and floppy. Not a great bread baking kit because of that. The tools included were nice.

I recently started making homemade sourdough and was just making do with the things I already had at home until I saw this proofing basket. It works great and doesn't stick. I love the accessories that are included, it makes the process much easier.

This is such a great solution to traditional proofing baskets, as a lot of the times proofing baskets cannot be washed, and are very difficult to clean. My dough rarely sticks in this, and when it does, it's very easy to get out. The bench scraper and lame it came with are also really nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this set to anyone passionate about Sourdough making, like myself. I will most likely be purchasing more sets, so I can make more than 1 loaf at a time. ... show more

    • Disappointed misleading picture
There is only one basket, which is very small in this set. The accessories seemed nice however every picture showed two different-sized baskets which seemed larger than the picture.
