The instructions were vague. The balls were flat, there was no needle for the pump to blow up the basketball and the basketball backboard is cracked. Other than those minor things the trampoline is very sturdy and my 2 1/2 yr old loves it!!

Easy to set up, kids LOVE IT, hours of entertainment! Once it's set up, this is a very sturdy little trampoline. The safety net is very strong, the balls are a great touch, and it has a zipper that kids can easily get in and out of. I have seen many tumbles and falls from my niece, and she always just laughs and gets back up, never cries and has never been hurt in this. My kids absolutely love our new trampoline! It's the perfect size for our backyard, and the build quality is very trust worthy. You can build this with very minimal effort just watch the direction of the net when setting it up. It has easily become the center of our play sessions with the safely-enclosed spring system and the heavy-duty pad that covers its frame. This is a great trampoline for kids to enjoy many hours of jumping fun. The kids had an absolutely blast playing on it. It provided several hours of safe fun and held up really good; the safety net is durable and kid safe. It's well made and will last a long time with a little care and simple maintenance.     • Use a large, durable screwdriver to install the springs

The quality of the trampoline is impressive and whoever designed the entire kit must have put a lot of effort into the safety aspects of its construction once assembled. There are plenty of activities and accessories included with the trampoline as well to keep little ones happy and occupied when interacting with it. These are all positive aspects of the product overall. However, there was a struggle in my specific case. The instructions are relatively simple to read and follow, just make sure that you align everything properly, making sure that the support poles around the frame line up with the lining of the safety net before beginning the (30 minute according to the instructions) grueling process of attaching the springs to the trampoline and frame with the included spring hook. The problem is that the spring hook tool was very cheaply made and of poor quality. I pulled almost 6 springs before the plastic handle of the spring hook tool shattered in my hand, leaving several chunks of plastic behind and launching the metal rod & hook across the room like a high-powered slingshot. This was my first time assembling a trampoline as well, so it caught me off guard and left me in a situation where I didn't know what to do. So, I found the now bent and broken hook tool in an attempt to continue assembling it, however, I couldn't get the leverage I needed. This prompted me to watch a few youtube videos to see how others attached trampoline springs which is easiest with a long, durable, preferably phillips head screwdriver. Let's just say that it took much much longer than stated in the assembly guide to complete the process. To be honest though, even with the struggle and potentially dangerous broken tool launcher situation it was worth it to see my son who just turned a year-old bounce around and play on a trampoline for the first time. 4 stars because of the obvious tool malfunction but to be honest the fully assembled trampoline and its safe design truly do deserve a 5 star rating. If anything, notable happens regarding this product during my time using it I'll update my review for you here. I hope my review helps and thank you for taking the time to read it. ... show more

    • Great “wow” factor

My little guy, who is about to be 2, was crying when we carried him downstairs to show him this birthday gift, but as soon as he saw it he said “Whoa,” mid-cry, hahaha! This gift has a great wow factor, literally. It’s fun and entertaining, plus it comes with a bunch of extras. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the quality of those extras is lacking. My little guy loved playing with the dart board for a few minutes and then yanked it off and broke it. The basketball hoop is a ticking time bomb and will break very soon, we have no doubt. The plastic with which that specifically is made is really not designed to take much force or pressure. But the trampoline itself is fabulous. It’s very sturdy and impressive. It’s perfect for kids who are 1.5 years up through probably age 3 or 4. It really seems to be made for indoor use—I am not sure it would hold up outside. But it’s not super large so it will likely fit in a corner of a playroom. Regarding setup, I suggest you budge 2 people at least 30-45 minutes. It takes some effort and teamwork, but my husband and I got it done and our marriage is stronger for it, haha! This is a great little toy, just keep in mind that the extras (which are probably not what sold you on the product) are not especially sturdy. Perfect for a toddler maybe 2 to 3 years old. It was super easy to put together the instructions were clear. Its not as big as you'd think but it would be perfect to keep any toddler busy!
