    • Never Going Without This!!!
I’m really surprised by some of the bad reviews. It sounds like they got something I didn’t, because I’m on my second bottle and so enamored with this oil!!! I cook daily and use a lot of EVOO, but I’m always on the search for that special flavor. For me, this is it. I was out for a week or so and received my second bottle yesterday. I didn’t know what I was missing until my roasted potatoes and cast iron kale were finished and I got those amazing flavors back in my mouth! I knew I already liked these delicious flavors but now I know I’m never going without it again! And yes, the bottle’s pretty! Lol! ... show more

Unpleasantly surprised. The reviews gave the impression the oil is top of the line. It isn't. The packaging is colorful and attractive. The first impression is based on the whiff of rancid oil that wafts up on first opening the bottle. Taste: greasy, coats the lips and tongue, a bitter burnt aftertaste. I have always bought the store brand oil, well now I know what GREAT tasting oil really taste likes. This is a fantastic oil, not heavy tasting, or bitter, i will be buying this again. I also see that "Garcia De La Crus" has other oils, so i will be trying those also.
