The media could not be loaded. This is the epitome of great things in a small package! So far it's handled Baldur's Gate, Hades 2, and Pacific Drive with ease! You lags, no load issues, all smooth fun game playing sailing! It is a real whiz at lighter games that I like to play through steam (I play a ton of puzzle room games on there) It also works great for work! I have no issues using the entirety of the Google Workspace suite as well as Adobe Photoshop and Gimp! The graphics are stunning and on par with or above what I need and expect out of a gaming PC And lets not forget it's real claim to fame... it's small and takes up about the same about of deskspace as a novel or my day planner. I have been using this mini PC for general browsing, discord, and steam. It has exceeded my expectations with performance, and even though I haven't had any issues the sellers messaged me to ensure I knew I could go to them if any problems arise. I'm almost certain with some settings-tweaking you can run whatever you are looking to run on it at a stable, playable framerate. It came in time, and the unboxing/setup processes were very pleasant. I have been using this computer for a week now, and have been very impressed with its capabilities, especially in gaming, its compact design, and the most excellent customer service that turned a potentially negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one. Design: I like the compact design; living in a two-bedroom apartment with six people puts space at a premium, and it is just the right size for our needs. Having mostly owned and having had to repair laptops for work, school, and gaming over the last fifteen years, I absolutely love being able to just pop off the side to get at the inner workings instead. It should be very easy to repair or upgrade (if needed). I also find the unusual wedge-shape aesthetically pleasing. Some reviewers had trouble downloading and using the app to change the lighting effects, but I had no difficulty downloading or using the app. Performance: I don't usually play the latest and most popular games, but this mini PC handled some of my newer titles (e.g., Midnight Ghost Hunt and Deep Blue) particularly well, much better than the i5 core laptop I originally tried them on. It has done a fantastic job on running the less demanding work programs that I need as well. I enjoy being able to change the performance (and, as a result, the noise of the fan) depending on whether I am doing more mundane tasks or gaming. Customer Service: When I originally got this computer, the large performance knob/power button had broken loose and it would not turn on. I contacted Ace Magician customer service through their website via email, and they were very responsive and practically bent over backwards helping me get a replacement sent from their warehouse, covering the cost of shipping and walking me through the process. They were unfailingly and overwhelmingly polite and solicitous, almost entertainingly so. I was very impressed. In the end, I feel I actually came out ahead rather than lost anything in this transaction. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this computer to others, and already have done so. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE 07/12/24: Customer service reached out a few months after original review and offered to replace the PC. The replacement made its way here quickly despite delays from the recent hurricane in the area which is a plus. Was able to set up the computer today and things are running smoothly so far. Minus one star since the replacement is a totally different model than the original purchase (ACEMAGIC S1 Mini PC). Good for regular use but will not be able to handle gaming like the original which is a bummer since I initially bought the PC for both uses. The new PC is also less than half the cost of the original, weaker graphics card and different overall specs. Again, good for office and school use but nothing beyond that. Amazon labeled it as a frequently returned item which is a little alarming, but time will tell if it will hold up.
