I called to ask Amazon to contact seller for replacement plate. Let me start with how stunning this chair is. I am a girl gamer and I wanted a chair that was feminine without being pink. This is a gorgeous pastel baby blue and i couldnt be happier. The chair is great quality that matches with the price you pay. Its not bad, but its not amazing. Fair price for a fair chair. The cushion on the seat and back are the most comfortable ive felt in a gaming chair which have a rep for being quite stiff. I love that the armrest padding goes all the way to the back of the chair. The only issue I had was with the assembly. I would recommend having another person there for assistance to save yourself a headache. For my chair specifically, there is a slight issue on the right arm rest where the top screw wont screw in all the way tight. I had my husband help me with it and even still it wont screw in all the way. Its still secure and functional so its not a huge deal, but definitely something to make note of and why I took a star away on the rating. Its important to note that this chair is small compared to other brands. Its definitely for a petite person 5"7 and shorter. I personally love a chair that encourages good posture while gaming and this definitely does. Overall I would say this is a great chair if youre shopping on somewhat of a budget and want a chair that is comfy and petite! ... show more

It's a stiff chair, not a squishy one, but it's very cute and seems fairly sturdy even for someone right around 250lbs. I didn't have any serious issues assembling it though the arms were a little tricky, but the little white caps that cover the screws pop off everywhere all the time so I've just given up on them. I thought it was interesting that the bunny ears aren't actually built in or built for the chair, they're just a replaceable easter rabbit headband stretched around the top of the seat back and velcroed down. ... show more

This chair was a favorite Christmas gift for my teen. My husband picked it out and what a surprise. They are still in love with it. It’s just the right size for a young adult to smaller adult (just don’t suggest for large/tall) and is adjustable in all the major ways one needs. Wife gave this a chance for a bit because she loved the color and bunny ears but she has found it really uncomfortable. The seat cushion isn’t nearly padded enough so it’s not ideal for sitting and gaming for awhile. When she has the foot rest out it feels like it’s leaning forward. The pillows don’t really offer much back support they’re more irritating than anything, she’s constantly moving them around and adjusting them.     • Leaning Back - Not the most durable

I am a 5'7" man around 225lbs. I often like to lean back and relax in my chairs. Overtime this product got looser and looser and eventually the baseplate snapped in half. The metal itself of the baseplate sheered into two parts, leaving the chair unusable. Now, I know this is mostly my own fault for the way I used it. I just wanted to put the warning out there for those who are like me. For people lighter than myself and those who won't be leaning back in it too much or too hard then the chair is pretty good. You can feel the difference as soon as you sit down. Well, at least it was a league ahead of the backup office I was using while waiting for the replacement. I just wish I was comfortable of leaning back fully as the recent experience of my former chair now broken is making me act like I am sitting on an ostrich eggshell. The chair is comfy and seemingly durable. I say seemingly that since I am simply generally will be paranoid for the immediate future and will be cautious of putting too much pressure on any chair I would have bought. Not like I will be using this to race down a hallway or anything. Assembly is easy though it does take effort as assembling any furniture that needs assembly. Initially I got a partially defective backrest (was missing some requisite holes on one side) but customer service was fairly quick, responsive, and very helpful so the matter was taken care of fairly quickly. Though I will keep an eye out of how the chair turns out but so far both the chair and company is excellent and reliable. ... show more
