When they arrive in their tiny little package, you would not believe that there could be 80 sponges in it. They are vacuum compressed and sealed in a plastic pouch, and they look like little wafers, green and yellow. However, once you pierce the vacuum, they will expand. It will take about 12 hours, before they reach their full thickness. I think they are sturdy enough to last for a little while, and that’s OK because sponges doing kitchen chores will usually wear out no matter what. They are also OK for the unit price. ... show more

These come in vacuum sealed and look extremely flat and after cutting the package open, they don't inflate much. But after wetting them, they puff up much more and work as you would expect them too. Price was great too. Definitely will have to get more from here when the time comes.

These are not the size you need to work in kitchen !!! They are tiny, come vacuum sealed in about 6 sheets of cellulose and you separate them , let the air out !!! But to me , NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!
