I use to use a bolster for my knees in my yoga practice and it was fine but I did find that because the bolster was so thick it elevated me and made it harder to have proper form in some poses. These are nice and thick and they do exactly what they should do. I was surprised that they didn't have them in more colors, but the purple worked just fine with my purple mat. Ultimately I also tried a knee cushion that was made in one piece instead of two. While I like only having to move around the one piece in the middle of my practice, these were much better quality than the single mat I bought. Maybe they will make a one piece of this material in a nice variety of colors... I'd be back for that! ... show more
