Love the color and the thickness of these! They are soft and help take impact off my bony knees and that reduces pain! Super easy to use, just put them where you need them and poof! I use to use a bolster for my knees in my yoga practice and it was fine but I did find that because the bolster was so thick it elevated me and made it harder to have proper form in some poses. Helpful to avoid knee pain in yoga. The part where my knee goes is a bit thinner than I’d like, but it’s just enough cushion to be sufficient.

These are nice and thick and they do exactly what they should do. I was surprised that they didn't have them in more colors, but the purple worked just fine with my purple mat. Ultimately I also tried a knee cushion that was made in one piece instead of two. While I like only having to move around the one piece in the middle of my practice, these were much better quality than the single mat I bought. Maybe they will make a one piece of this material in a nice variety of colors... I'd be back for that! ... show more

The pads are amazing. Easy to use and because the bottom is smooth I have been using them for my yoga stretches to go deep in my stretches for splits. They are the perfect thickness and are very durable.
