I bought these to use in my basement, where I have tatami mats for my workout space. I have been able to slide them easily over the foam. These have been helpful to increase my exercise. Very happy with the set.

    • Not sure which side to use
This product is supposed to be able to use it on either flat surfaces or carpet but it doesn’t tell you which goes to which. The plastic part is very slippery so my feet kept coming off. I wish I had ordered the material ones instead.
