The click on lids were a little hard to get locked at first, but now snap more easily. The fork and spoon that is included is very small, but fit in the lid. Works good! Gets VERY hot so beware. If I have a non-liquid food in it I have to be careful not to leave it on for more than 30 minutes or it will start to burn the bottom of my food. The outside of the container gets pretty warm/hot also so keep that into consideration if it’s going to be near small children or animals. I recommend removing the silverware when you turn it on or they get so hot you can’t use them until they cool. Also, it can only fit one utensil in the compartment at a time really. It doesn’t contain the smells of whatever food you have in it as its heating up so be mindful you don’t stink up your workplace with something especially “aromatic”. For the price, it’s been worth it. It’s nice to have warm food at work since I don’t always have access to a microwave at my school. Easy to clean and a great size. Hopefully it lasts! ... show more

This product works great. Sometime too great. It can get super hot and burn food at times. Definitely make sure to open valve on top and only heat for about 20-25min.
