I picked up this vacuum for my entry into my house. My dog has some giant paws and tracks in a good amount of small mulch particles and some leaves on his paws. I was hoping this vacuum would be helpful for a quick cleanup of his mess. Unfortunately it seems to lack the strength or power for anything other then small dust and dirt. I would have given it a 5 if the adhesive to mount it had worked. I hung it in my laundry room and within 2 hours it fell off the wall and knocked a container of laundry powder over that went everywhere. Use the screws to mount it. Vacuum cleaner itself works great.

Only Battery powered product I've owned that needed near full charge of 4 hrs.. Took 3.5 hrs to run efficiently. Battery must have not been fully charged @ Factory. Should come with minimum two (2) Batteries. Have no stairs so could not rate that part of the Q & A..

Super light weight and works really well! Sometimes the battery won’t hold a charge, and occasionally the canister falls out when cleaning which can be really frustrating, but overall the vacuum cleans really well
