I have lots of scales for different applications. From my large kitchen scale for weighing my dogs food out (it's surprising how much difference there is between one cup and the next- some weigh 100grams others are 150grams & every brand of food has a different guideline for what they consider to be 1 cup - from 104 grams to 228grams, so I make sure my labs get the proper nutrition they need without overfeeding and causing problems with their hips and joints from being overweight) ANYWAY - I also have microgram scales that weigh down to .0001 of a gram. Those are for science projects - chemistry etc., This set was for my every day medications & titrations-- They are very accurate, they've got a bright display, and easy press buttons made of good quality. They are spot on - the 50gram weight that comes with it- plus my full set- all check out consistently. They were a great deal, and perform on point every time I need them. I love the color, and the case looks like a cell phone case- if only it would stay on - perhaps click into place or something - and maybe even have a makeshift screen and keyboard like a cell phone - for stealth... That would be awesome. But I don't use them for anything illegal, nor travel with them - so I have no worries - just thinking about the folks that like to toke or maybe take a roll in the snow occasionally, who could benefit from the stealth... But, hey, for the price, I certainly wouldn't complain! I definitely recommend these if you need to get accurate weight to the 0.01g (or 100th of a gram). Tenths are easily rounded up, but 100ths aren't as easy... 1000ths are overkill for simple purposes like ⅛ of ganj, or 🎱 of white or kris, Gs of brown sugar, black & white like a panda bear-- etc... U definitely recommend these. They also come with batteries, and I nifty little pouch - soft, like velour or velvet - but it's a putrid color lol ... i got blue & black scales, and the pouch is a brownish tannish puke color lol. oh well, it's better than nothing...
