The media could not be loaded. Absolutely Pleased With This Couch ! I am In Total Awe ! I spent 3-4 Hrs Putting it together myself . Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself . And the couch is absolutely beautiful ! Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful ! The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . ! It’s comfortable! Does not sag ! Does not creak , At first for the price I was a little hesitant . Because usually couches are so much more expensive. This was so much worth the money For my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased ! It’s amazing . Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences. Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that . The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me ! No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me . I am a woman who is more girly who does make up and into fashion and hair . Then being able to put furniture and things together . This sectional is actually pretty good for the price point.. it’s sturdy, nice color, pretty good size and comfortable enough.. it’s not plush by any means and I’m glad I read other reviews and ordered a bag of poly fil to stuff the back pillows because they are literally flat, but adding poly fil helped a ton. They are plush enough now to support someone leaning on them. Assembly was easy enough even tho they only send the asian style instructions that have a picture and you figure out what they mean by it.. it must drive the cost up tremendously for companies to actually print words on the paper because just about every item I bought for my son’s new apartment that had to be assembled did not have written instructions, just pictures with numbers and arrows. That’s annoying but this couch in particular wasn’t hard to assemble, took about an hour and a half from boxes open to boxes in trash. It comes in 3 separate boxes with all items vacuum sealed inside, I ordered it on the 19th and it wasn’t supposed to arrive until between the 23rd and 26th but it came on the 21st. I recommend it for a starter piece or young adult just starting out. ... show more

The installation was the best part, took about 30 to 45 minutes with two people. It looks nice. Sitting on it is a different story, even after a few days the cushions are about as thick as a college textbook. thankfully the cushions have zippers so I think I'm going to have to get extra filling and put it inside. Also there's no velcro on the back cushions, and since they are paper thin and paper light and they tend to move around a lot. ... show more

This is a sectional sofa that is under $500 with shipping. I'm basing my review on the price point for the quality. If you were expecting a big, cushy, heavy-duty sectional then you weren't being realistic. Those start at $1,500 minimum. This sectional is sturdy, lightweight and easy to assemble. You can easily purchase inexpensive standard sized pillows and add them to the inside each of each back cushion for more volume. That's what we did, and it worked great. The seat cushions are just fine. Just need a few days after unboxing to fully fluff out. It's easy to clean and the material feels great. Very happy. ... show more

Couch arrived in three boxes 2 arrived at the same and the final package a few days later. Light weight and easy to put together. Back pillows are a bit flat will be adding more cotton. Took forever to arrive. Arrives in 3 pieces, yes, but the pieces just arrive whenever. After the first piece delivers, Amazon marks it as delivered, so you have to track it at your own discretion. (Can request the tracking number from Furmax, but heads up - they are very short with customers.) So despite PAYING for the shipping, it's not guaranteed. Then after finally receiving all 3 boxes, I found that there was also NO hardware included. I had to clear a path in my living room because I had couch pieces everywhere for days while waiting for the hardware. Upon contacting customer service again for a remedy - they responded within 24 hours, however, they were very short and rude. Then after getting the couch together, you will quickly find that the arms and back cushions are barely filled. So I bought 5 lbs of polyfil to fix that. The velcro on the bottom is pointless - the cushions just slide apart when you sit down. (I weigh a buck fifty and I sit gently, they just slide really easy.) Same with the back cushions; you will be fighting them every time you sit down if you don't find a way to secure them. I haven't yet. I bought some industrial strength velcro to hold them together and they still don't stay so I will be investing more money to fix that issue as well. So as far as quality this couch is a hard EH. But it is a comfortable fabric and it is visually appealing. Overall, I'd just say don't sink money into buying it unless you have time for projects, lots of patience and more money to throw at it. I've hardly ever left a bad review but this purchase is been disappointing and frustrating all around. The couch is cheap but it's not THAT cheap. The manufacturer could easily do better in many areas with this product and the customer service just isn't there. ... show more
