Instructions included, worked right out of the box. The deep massage is a deep massage so I needed to turn it down. I have not figured out how to talk to it yet but I've only have had it a few hours. Update: I have had the chair for a few months..I still absolutely love this chair. When my back or hips start to hurt, this chair takes it away. Works just like it should, the monitor is easy to read and use. The heat setting don't cook you out of the chair. It can be manually set for your needs. This chair is everything I had hoped it to be and more. I sat in a much higher priced one at a local furniture store and became determined to find a quality duplicate that wasn’t the price of a used vehicle. It is HEAVY, we had to bring it up a level of stairs and we were in need of the massage afterwards. BUT that’s a good thing because it’s built of high quality materials. Metal frame, heavy duty faux leather that feels thick and robust. The only drawback I currently have discovered (maybe it’s something I’m missing) but the lowest air pressure setting still seems to squeeze the hands and wrist too tight. I’ll have to leave that setting off for the time being. The other issue is the buttons don’t light up on the screen which once we familiarize ourselves with the screen won’t matter but it does suck when your arms are occupied by the massager and you’d like to quickly change a setting without using your phones light. Great chair overall, would buy again, can’t believe it doesn’t have more reviews! ... show more

Massage therapy chair came in a big box fully assemble. Which was perfect all we had to do is get it out of the box. The system is very easy to understand and works perfectly. My husband new best friend he works in construction so it has helped him with the daily joint pain. Chair is easy to understand. This is perfect for a tall person my husband is 5x11 and 215lb. We did see other chairs but for our fit this one is the best. I enjoy the music it plays it’s relaxing and the heating on legs and back. Definitely something to buy self care is a must. ... show more

Wow this chair is awesome. I could stay in it all day. So far I have no complaints. It works perfectly and has great features. The only downside that I have found is that when I am laying in it at night I have to use the light on my phone to see the display controls. It would be nice if they lit up so you didn’t have to try to hold a light in one hand and select with the other. But that is absolutely the only downside that I have found.
