I have had this chair for only 3 days, but so far, so good. I had a massage recliner about 20 years ago, but they have come a long way since then. This chair was wrapped really well to protect it from any damage. After unboxing and unwrapping, the only things I needed to do, was to attach the screen to the arm rest and zip up all the zippers attaching the pads (came unzipped so the chair could fold up in the box). There will be a learning curve to understanding everything this chair can do, but once I sat, or should I say sank into the chair, it felt very relaxing without even being on yet. The chair, with it's curves, hugs your body. The things that set this chair apart for me were the heated back and calf rollers. I have only used the relaxation, soft massage, and manual programs so far, but look forward to trying them all so I know which to use depending on how I feel. My husband has also enjoyed "trying it out" after he gets home from work. My 15 year old son still gets growing pains and sat in this chair, and had an instant smile on his face. I just tried the AI voice commands last night, and everything works. It is a little off putting to me to have it respond "master", but being able to change massage types, pressure, location of different things, without having to press a button (because we're supposed to be relaxing) is great. I love this thing and so does my family. I hardly type out any Amazon Reviews... but when i do... It means i love em. My family Love this Massage Chair and we have been using it for at lease almost a month and around 5 hours a day as a family. The media could not be loaded. I was initially skeptical about ordering this product due to the lack of detailed reviews. However, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations! It effectively targets all the right spots with sufficient strength and flexible movements, easing even the most stubborn knots, particularly around the shoulder blades and lower back. The Calf Roller feature is a godsend and was one of the main reasons I chose this product. The interface is user-friendly and quick, and the 24 provided programs are comprehensive. There are a few minor issues, such as the SL track only extending to the beginning of the thighs. Also, when setting up the mobile app, be aware that the password only supports alphanumeric characters and does not seem to support special characters. Despite these minor issues, the chair excels in other areas with features like the heating function, air purification, and a gentle rocking feature in the sleep program. These features make you quickly forget about the app and the supposed ‘AI speech control’. In my opinion, this chair offers features comparable to products that are twice the price. I'm pleased that I took the plunge on Prime Day and saved 33% in the process. 🎉 ... show more
