Since a full body massage chair is something expensive for us, we went through a lot of comparisons and finally decided to purchase this product and we are very surprised and happy with the results. This product really does seem to be a great investment! It is very easy to use and can be easily adjusted directly using the remote control. Like most massage chairs, this shiatsu massage chair has 3 levels of zero gravity. I can choose to go to full zero gravity, and also choose to stop at different angles and leave it there. I love the fact that the back can be heated, this feature is optional, not automatic, and there are 2 adjustable temperature levels. The manual states that this massage chair has 22 auto programmes which is more compared to other massage chairs. Compared to a manual massage by a masseur, this massage chair is superior. This is because I can perform several operations at the same time and enjoy the massage without leaving my home. Masseurs usually massage one area at a time and then move on to the next. But! When you sit in this chair, you can also repeat the massage on different areas and use different styles. I am 5'6 and my husband is 6'3. The extended foot area and adjustable width allow for stretching and accommodating different heights during the massage. I would say able to comfortably handle people of different sizes, heights and weights. Bluetooth speakers are great too. Only used it for one day but tried many of the presets and adjustments on the remote and it works great. ... show more
