I’ve had these pots and pans for six months now and I love them! However, you do have to research how to cook with ceramic cookware so that you don’t wreck them. One of the major things is not letting the pan sit empty on the burner, even if it’s just oil. Add food immediately! These heat up quickly and if left with nothing in them it ruins the nonstick coating. One of my pans got ruined by my husband when I was away for a week precisely because he would leave it on the burner with nothing in it while he prepped food. When cleaning use only the soft side of the sponge and hand dry them, and absolutely do not use metal spoons or spatulas. Silicone or bamboo only! I did take off a star for the handles, they do get hot and burn your hands so handle with a mitt or a towel. The lids do feel a little flimsy, but it’s nothing major. I contacted the company about my pan that got ruined, looking to see if it had a warranty. They weren’t able to replace that specific pan since it only came in a set, but they did send me the separate stock pot as a replacement for free, which I’m pleased with since I had been thinking about buying it. The company does take a while to reply; I believe it’s because of major time zone differences, but they were pleasant and had my stock pot delivered in a week. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase, and as long as you properly use and maintain the pans they look like they’ll last. ... show more

I bought this on special for about $100. The set is very pretty and sits flat on the stovetop. Seems to heat evenly. Very slick and easy to clean. I was relieved to find that the lids from my old set fit this one because I failed to notice that these lids don't hang on an overhead rack, which is where I store my pots (on display). These are fine for a starter set or someone who doesn't cook much, but it wouldn't work well for a family, having such a small Dutch oven (they call it something else) or a serious cook (of course). It's lightweight, which I enjoy, and these can go in the oven, which I need. The copper really catches the light. Overall, I'm pleased. ... show more

UPDATE: The nonstick coating has all but disappeared since my original review. I only hand wash them and never put them in the dishwasher. But my frying pans are consistently allowing more and more food to stick to them. Eggs are the worst, no matter how much oil or butter I use when frying. My old set lasted years. This set lasted months. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The set is so beautiful, it took my breath away as I unboxed it. However you need to know the copper color isn't indestructible. I found a chip on mine (see pic) after only a couple uses. It may have happened as I put them in/out of the storage cabinet, hitting against one another. I'm not sure, but still love them. Easy to clean but I cooked spaghetti sauce and had to use more effort to remove the red color from the sauce pan. However, frypans cook like a dream. Also the large pot isn't as large as I thought it would be. But not a deal breaker. I attached a pic if my old pot (which I kept) next to the new one. Bottom line is I love this set. ... show more

We received this cookware set for Christmas and it immediately replaced our old one without hesitation. The quality is excellent, and we already used it multiple times. The pots are heavy-duty and sturdy to sustain long lasting cooking sessions and dishwasher uses. All pots and pans cook evenly regardless of how they are adjusted on the stove top. The copper finish is simply beautiful and adds a retro industrial touch to the set. So far the non-stick coating has proven to be the best we have ever had the chance to experience. Just purchased my second set to have if anything every happens to my first set. Works great on my gas stove on medium heat! I only use rubber or wood utensils when cooking. Make sure pots and pans cool completely before washing. I don’t put my cookware in the dishwasher and they are lasting. Great product and great price. ... show more
