I got the 6.5 cu FREEZER. Although it came with a ding in the door, it's perfect! (They made it right with a nice discount and I put a magnet over the ding) It's 57 inches tall, not 43 as shown. No light in side and no glass shelves either. But I expected that. The description is confusing and seems to be combining products. I got what I expected, but taller which is perfect!     • Freezer requires 12" EMPTY SPACE at top and 4" on all sides!
The freezer requires 12" empty space at the top for air circulation, so you can't use the top shelf at all. You also must leave 4" open space between the food and the sides and the back of the freezer. NOT MUCH ROOM LEFT FOR FOOD!!! The freezer arrived badly dented because of the thin cardboard packaging, which made it too dangerous to try plugging in. The 1-year warranty requires YOU to pay for shipping to and from the repair site (instructions did not list where that is.... maybe China, where it was manufactured?) The unit seems really fragile and not very sturdy. It looks nice in the pictures, but it's much less attractive with the dents caused by shipping. There's really not much space left after you leave room for circulation! We returned it right away. Save yourself a lot of stress and inconvenience.... DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER! I hope this review helps you avoid making a bad purchase you will regret. ... show more

I like the freezer size. Perfect for a secondary. It arrived in a undamaged box but when opened it,it had multiple dents in the door. No idea how that happened. It's pretty light. Door is reversible but no instructions on how exactly to do it. We're keeping it because the door seal is still good and the hassle of trying to return a larger item ... show more

I got so tired of looking through my too crowded refrigerator freezer. Because of that I lost food that just got too old. Got this and problem solved. Fresh food in one, packaged and treats in the other. The upright takes little space but makes my life a lot easier.
