We live in the middle of nowhere so I figured I would ultimately be disappointed but I could not find anything else I liked. While the box had some holes and the tracking revealed the freezer had gone on quite the journey, I was extremely pleased to find it was without even a scratch. I love the rugged exterior, which should keep it free from most scratching. The exterior is not any thinker than a standard fridge so it is likely just as susceptible to dents and dings. Payed the full prize for this Frigidare chest freezer because I trust the brand and unfortunately arrived with structural damage both inside and outside. I wish I had a better experience since I liked and really needed the freezer, but when I pay full price for something that is "New" I expect to receive what I payed for, it doesn'tmatter if it works, don't charge "brand new" prices for something damaged. Seems like it's going to work well Purchase this to store frozen thought food for animals. As my previous deep freezer died. Only find one small crack in the very top on the plastic parts which you can see in the photo so be careful no dents Hoping it will last for years to come

I would rate 0 if I was able to. The package was fine on the outside but when I opened it there was a huge dent and scrape on the side of the deep freezer. It works fine but not worth the price for a dented deep freezer
