FREETOO Back Brace for Men Lower Back Pain has helped to improve my posture and ability to stand longer and with much less pain. After two back surgeries and two neck surgeries I was in almost constant pain but wearing the FREETOO Back Brace for only a few weeks I am able to walk on my treadmill with significally less pain and with a more upright posture. With summer coming to an end and fall just around the corner this back brace will help me in my yearly yard cleanup of leaves from our oak trees. It will also help me to keep the pool cover clean of leaves and twigs dropped by the squirrels onto the pool cover. I work from home and on my chair for 8-9 hours a day. I bought several back support belts/braces over the past years and I even use back support belts over the weekends while doing the yard work. last year I really hurt my wrist and I got lucky to purchase a wristband from Freetoo company, that was indeed the best product and it really helped in my wrist healing process. Recently I got the this newly designed back support belt. This belt provides almost a medical-level back support but I would say the designer really put the thought into it and made it super comfortable to be used on daily bases. With my desk job, I started wearing it for almost a week and I instantly felt a significant decrease in my back fatigue. This belt has soft padding for comfort and you don't feel the stress of wearing a belt all day long. it is removable padding but I personally love the comfort level it provides. the back side has 4 metal plates and a plastic plate in the middle to support your back and really help is keeping your perfect posture(no more slouching). The quality of the workmanship is superior compared to the same price level belts. it has additional 4 elastic straps(2 on each side) that can be adjusted according to your preference. Over the weekend I drove for 8 hours to meet our far family and a small change of wearing this belt change my day to be an absolutely comfortable and enjoyable experience. The delivery was fast, with superior quality material, and great customer service(which is a big deal in my opinion), I would recommend this to anyone with back problems, work long hours like me, or drives long distance. This is a fantastic back brace. I fell and caused an L-2 compression fx. My ortho gave me a one size fits all brace that hurt more to wear than not so I returned it. Here's the kicker---, he charged my ins company $6860 for it. No wonder health insurance is so high. The only down side is you have to remove to go potty but you have to expect that. It is a bit hot but you have to expect that too. I wear a tee shirt under it to help with that. Thank you for having this item. ... show more

This is well made and comfortable, but it seems almost impossible to find a back brace that really supports my lower back when I'm holding my 27 lb child. I have some herniated discs and I'm not supposed to lift more than 20 lb. But this does give some support to my back. After reviewing more back braces than I care to admit and coming to the conclusion reviewers can have such varied opinions I felt discouraged. Then I happened to see this brace that looked like it would be a good, easy to put on and it had a removable lumbar pad. This belt was more than I ever expected. It didn’t have a review so I am the first. There is no way you can put it on wrong. The belt has an arrow showing which way is up. It adjusts so well but the most important thing is how it helped my back. I have had lateral fractures as well as a lumbar fracture and this made me feel so much better. I can wear it several hours a day. After taking it off my back feel so much stronger and straighter. The company was prompt in shipping and expected delivery.
