BUYER BEWARE. This item didn’t fit our chair model so I had to send it back. It says free shipping if you use there carrier but did not see any name for the carrier in the return paperwork I printed off. So I had to pay 25.00 to ship a product back that doesn’t work.

Perfect. My grandson installed them and the chair is good as new. If you are ordering, get all the numbers off the labels on your chair and make sure you're ordering the right thing.
