My Guava and Citrus have never looked so good. I will try to get pictures on here when I can, but dang. My guava is a tropical variety and stubborn, usually only giving me 1-3 guava per year. After starting on this, I have increased flowering production and several seem set; I think (crossing fingers) I'm looking at about 15 this year on a 5 ft tree (4 inch circumference, about 6 years old but in a pot). My citrus (meyer lemon, australian blood lime, mandarin, key lime, and kumquat) are all exceptionally green and full of leaves; ALL of which (usually have at least one or two that wont fruit) are holding fruit as of now (albeit in some cases very small and still might drop due to heat in the area). I don't think I've had a single year since I started growing tropical/subtropical fruit in Oregon that I can remember ALL of my fruit bearing and producing. Could be they're all just coming into maturity and more ready to produce, could be a change in my nutrients; bottom line is I like what I see and if next season is anything like this one I will NOT be changing back to my cheaper "organic" mix I usually buy. ... show more

  • Happy plants!
Got this for my potted lemon trees. I spread it on the surface and scratched it into the soil as described. It had a fishy smell for a day or so (and my dogs were very interested in it lol) but that dissipated quickly. The lemons seem very happy and are putting on new growth.

  • Works Great!
I have had my meyer lemon tree since spring 2018 and never fertilized it. It's in a pot due to cold winters and has to be brought inside. This spring I got a lot of blooms but they all dropped. The tree almost lost all its leaves. After some research online I came to the conclusion the tree was lacking nutrients. With so many options on the market I wasn't sure which to use. After some looking around I decided to try Happy Frog Citrus and Avocado fertilizer. Glad I did; in less than a week I began noticing new leaves sprouting. The picture I attached is about two months after the initial fertilizing. Now that I'm a bit more educated I fertilize on a regular basis. Thanks Happy Frog for saving my meyer lemon tree. ... show more
