  • This extension kit only includes the Y-axis extended profiles, upgraded T-slot Hybrid spoilboard, base frame and small parts that need to be replaced. (Masuter Pro CNC machine is NOT included)
  • The 4080-extension kit is only for FoxAlien Masuter Pro CNC engraving machine upgrade. It can extend the working area to 15.75" x 31.5" (400mm x 800mm, X-Y).
  • With this upgrade kit, Y-axis travel will double, and this will enable the CNC router machine to accomplish more large size projects such as making skateboard, guitar, and billboard etc.
  • The upgraded hybrid spoilboard is compatible with hold-down clamps, FoxAlien mini vise. The base frame is strengthened by 2 aluminum profiles so that the spoilboard is steady enough for cutting and engraving.
  • A detailed assembly guide is included. We provide step by step assembly manual. It is easy to install.

    • Great extension kit. Worth it!
This extension kit was just what I needed! I require a larger workspace for my particular medium, and now I have it. The kit is sturdy and I haven't had any issues with wobbling or weakness. It was a bit technical to piece together, and required some time-consuming steps such as rewiring the controller box, but it wasn't anything I wasn't able to figure out on my own. All in all, I'm very pleased with this addition and I recommend it! Just a note: when you take parts off your original machine, be sure to keep all the parts and screws grouped together and label where they go. The media could not be loaded. The extended bed was well worth the purchase. I am now able to extend my juice groove steps to larger boards.

    • Don’t buy!!!
I've tried just about everything at this point changed belts, setup steps, and tightened every screw and bolts I could find and after ruining hundreds of dollars of stock. To this point after asking for help replacing the Controller Box I've heard nothing from support. I purchased the Masuter Pro and then the extension for the CNC which I'm into this CNC Machine way over $2,000.00 including stock purchased. I'm thinking it may be time to go out and purchase an X-Carve CNC and toss this one. The above pics are my current frustrations not including my 3D issues! I’ve asked for a different CNC to replace the one I’m having trouble with but no contact from support? ... show more

Apart from having to borrow 4 bolts from the old table (the upgrade calls for a total of 28 M5*16 cap-head bolts, but the kit provides only 24), installation went very smoothly, thanks to detailed instructions. (It is intimidating to see all that has to be disassembled and re-assembled, but it's all quite simple to do.) Wiring the new drag chain to the controller box was the hardest part, and even that wasn't difficult - just required care. Everything worked on the homing test, and my first carve - 9"x28" with one bit change - ran flawlessly. ... show more
