After using the wine fridge for a few weeks, we can say that this fridge is awesome! The unit is virtually silent, has modern fancy blue and white led illuminating the wine inside and feels sturdy both inside and out. We only have 20ish bottles in it for now, but they fit well and there’s plenty of space for more. It was packed extremely well and setup was a breeze. Very well packed. Only assembly was handle, which was easy. We did pay attention to directions and did not plug in for 24 hours. All went well when we turned it on. I wanted a quiet unit because it sits at the end of our kitchen counter and we have kitchen, dining and living all together in a small area. Happy to report that it is very quiet. The wood shelves are quite light, so hope they hold up well. Note, capacity is bordeaux bottles, so not as much if you have larger bottles such as Pinot Noir, Burgundy, etc., but still good storage. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just received the wine cooler a couple of days ago, we can't wait to see how the unit works. The cooler itself is very light and slim looking. You just need to adjust the feet at the bottom of the unit so it stays even and balanced. Next task is to put handle on, simply locate the screw end at the left side of the rubber ege by the door. That is all the task. My sister and I put it together within 10 minutes. The cooler itself is very quite, you can barely hear anything after 10 minutes once it starts running.     • Stopped working after 2 weeks
We liked it, and for 2 weeks it was great, then it started to act up, the fridge started to cut off every two hours and wouldn't come back on unless you unplugged it. We tried other outlets in our house and same issue. After about 3 days of this it stopped working altogether. I contacted Amazon to send it back, you cannot send it back if you do not still have the original box, they did give me a full refund which I appreciate - now I own a glorified wine storage cabinet, not a wine fridge. Update- seller has contacted me three times in two days to delete my honest review. 🙃 ... show more

Excellent customer service in supporting the wine cooler setup. Seller is very responsive on product installation and usage questions. It provides detail instructions to resolve setup difficulty. The wine cooler design looks beautiful. Besides a usual blue color light, there are 2 white color lights on the side to light up the inside. Dual zone function is very useful. Upper zone temperature can keep white wine at ready to drink temperature. It free up fridge space for chilling white wine. 15" width only yet it can handle 34 bottles.
