I am very happy with them so far! I have read a few reviews to the effect that it is fiddly to set the controllers on the charger to get them to charge. Every once in a while this is so. But most of the time you can just plonk them onto the base and it starts charging. The LEDs are clear and easy to understand (compared to another charger that I previously used) and the docks are relatively attractive. Some complain about the "tinny" and insubstantial feel of the contruction of the stand. But this is the same of all such docks that I have used, and I didn't find it to be an issue. They are solid enough for a hollow plastic device. These have the useful feature of being cross-compatible, if you change the doors. I can't talk to battery or charge life yet, as I have not had them long. Overall I think that they are great, and it is worth spending a couple of dollars more to get quality like this. ... show more

I've used this product before (older version) and it worked perfectly. I was excited to get this one as my last one finally quit working after 4 years (and tons of use). I immediately received a faulty product upon arrival. The charger base would not charge and the lights would not stay flashing or lit. I played around with it for a little bit and figured that it must be the base. I emailed them and explained the situation and they sent me a brand new base (awesome!). I was excited to finally be able to use this product. However, I have the same exact issue with the new base. The batteries will not hold a charge. The base lights do not stay flashing or lit. The product I have is absolutely useless and I've had to go back to using regular batteries for the time being. So unfortunate. ... show more

This is a great product. The charge lasts for a decent amount of time. About 5 days at 3-4hr per day of game play for each battery. Can’t comment on longevity at this time. Only gripe I have is the white is not a good match to the Robot White. It is close but definitely not a match. Performance makes up for the looks though.
