First, the charger is well built and works flawlessly. It worked well right out of the box. It replaced an original EZGO charger box that was huge and heavy. This unit is lightweight with 6' cables on both ends. It would be easy to place on board the cart, but I left it separate. Most importantly the service is first rate. It is an American company and you can talk to a real person. I made a mistake in the purchase process. It was entirely my error and mistake, but they were patient with me and worked to solve the problem above and beyond. I could not be more satisfied. I had concerns about replacing an OEM charger with one from Amazon that was so much cheaper and smaller. Those fears were completely unwarranted. My old charger needed a new controller board. I started researching and looking at reviews and found the Form EZGO charger. I have to say it functions as advertised. It's simple, light weight, and well built. I have been using it for about a month or so, I can't speak to its longevity, but I can certainly say it seems to be a great product at a reasonable price. The charger worked great for 12 months, then would not charge. I contacted Form and was able to speak with Ron. I thought I would get the run around but Ron made things happen. In no time at all I was sent a replacement charger & back charging again. Thanks Ron !!
