Received item and their pics are misleading. Each rack extension is 11 3/4 of usable space HOWEVER it does not install straight. Look at my pic and you can see it’s quite out of level. Secondly, while the product is a “2 pack” it only came with enough hardware to install 1 set…. Needless to say this is going back and would recommend staying away unless that is what you want. ... show more

I was pretty excited to get this product so I could get my trim off the floor. Got one set up and added maybe 75 pounds of weight and I noticed one of my arms bending. Had to remove some of the weight. Now just waiting to here a crash in the middle of the night of my trim hitting the floor. Not happy with the product at all!!! Don’t Waist your Time!!! ... show more
