The media could not be loaded. This mini pedaler is great for the price. The strap and the mat that come with it prevent it from slipping. The straps on the pedals are adjustable. The pedals are pretty thin so I don’t recommend using it barefoot like I am in the video. The resistance knob doesn’t seem to work very well; but everything else I like. I'm a college student and spend a lot of time in my room doing work. I wanted something to fit under my desk so I could pedal away while typing essays. Unfortunately, this does not fit under my desk--my knees come up too high, so I can't use it for my original purpose. I don't think my desk is lower than your average work desk, but I could be wrong. This is super easy to put together, but beware--I accidentally installed my screen upside down! Not a big deal because I don't really care about seeing my time, calories, etc., but still. It isn't very sturdy--I can feel (and hear) everything shifting and wobbling as I use it, but not to the point that it becomes unusable. One of the straps on mine is slightly bent, so it constantly rubs against the padding on the arm of the pedal and has already torn the padding there. Everything I just listed is less than I expected to be an issue with something this cheap! I'm really happy with it, and even though I can't use it under my desk while I work, I use it while I'm reading, watching TV, or just messing around on my phone. Obviously you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a fancy high tech mini bicycle this is not for you. If you are looking for something simple, sturdy and basic this is for you. It isn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be but it does work and easy to use, and set up. Fits right under my desk in my cubicle at work. My feet tend to swell for sitting for long periods of time, so I purchased this to help alleviate that. And so far it has helped! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the meter must have popped out while being delivered, and I can’t figure out how to reset the meter when Im done using it so. Ordered this as a temporary solution for my aging mother-in-law, who is overweight due to back problems and low mobility. I use a recumbent bike extensively (2-6 hrs/day) while doing computer work, so I didn't expect much from this tiny substitute. However, I tried it out from an easy chair while watching TV and found it was almost 80% as useful as the recumbent bike, because it only has 20% less resistance. Thus upped my pedaling by 2-3 hours/day even while eating in front of the TV. We finally delivered it to Mom-in-Law recently and she loves it. With obesity, arthritis, badly pinched disc, and lung problems, she could walk only 5 minutes slowly without stopping, with arthritic pain and breathing problems requiring rest breaks. After a week of pedaling 5, then 15 minutes/day, she can now walk 15+ minutes without resting, walks faster, and doesn't have the joint pain she used to have. Lost 2 kilos in the first week and 2 more the next 2 weeks. This actually works better for her at this early stage than a recumbent bike with seat (which I also bought her, but haven't delivered), because she is so overweight (5' 0", 207 lbs when she started, 198 lbs now) that she couldn't sit on a normal bike seat. This small folding pedaler can be used in front of a sofa or easy chair (which she currently needs because of her weight and shape). It also folds, so it fits in a suitcase if you are traveling or if your mother-in-law lives overseas. I wish I still had it so I don't feel guilty watching TV. ... show more

Very junky for the price. I bought a used one to save a few bucks but should have saved a lot more than 5 dollars. Missing the pedal straps. Definitely not worth $35. 10 out 10 would not recommend 😒
