Bought TWO bikes for my boys to open Christmas morning. BOTH bikes were damaged!! First bike had a tire totally detached from frame that I can’t inflate! Bike cannot be used. Second bike had rust and a brake that was attached to tightly that when bike is running at very slow speed, you hear the brake in use. I have contacted Amazon and I will update this review once the seller responds. I am hoping they fix the issue and or refund BOTH bikes!! ... show more

It's a great design, the seat is very comfortable, it's got a nice little motor, extremely maneuverable in tight situations, is fun to ride and looks cool. Also very easy to fold up and put on public transit. Manual says it has a battery that can go a min of 25 miles on one charge. I’m getting 9.4 miles on 2 charges. I only use it on flat land. Peddling it is not like riding a bicycle as it takes a lot of effort. Also, it’s heavy. ... show more

I was very hurt n disappointed because the amount for the bike then having to pay a hundred plus dollars shipping and handling and then additional funds to replace tubes which was also around $100 they don't put this stuff needed to go inside the tires to protect the tubes because these are not regular tires without that protection your tubes will continually bust and you will have to keep paying into it I feel like I was robbed ... show more

I was dealing with death 2days apart so my mental wasn't focused I also lacked the energy but I still need to be compensated for Amazon's mistake
