This bed rail is a very good value, and especially appropriate for the side of bed that is not used for ingress or egress. The rail is easy to assemble and is quite strong as a deterrent to rolling out of bed during sleep.

    • It didn't last over two months and now is unusable and unsae.
This product lasted two months. First the pins that hold adjustment retainer clips in kept falling out. Then the tightening and loosening knobs that allow you to raise and lower the safety bar became unusable. Bought in September unusable in November. It is now of no benefit and places my invalid wife at risk. It is unsafe and can cause injury. UPDATED Evemthough we were beyond the return date, the seller contacted me and offered afull refund. He indicted this was an anomaly and the first time it had happened. He was cocerned and I believe that you can buy safely from him. I give him 5 stars for being an honest resposible seller. ... show more

My partner constantly rolls out of bed. We put this railing together according to the instructions, and it felt quite sturdy. We stuck in the bed, and then he climbed in and pretended to roll out, and the legs on the railing bent. The entire structure slid out from under the mattress, dumping my partner onto the two bars that go under (which I gather from his shout was quite painful).
