As we send you customization details, check email After order placement.

I have purchased (6) blinds from this company and love how easy and quickly it was to put up each one approx 30-45mins. total that includes climbing up n down the ladder-for me that’s good enough. The quality is hugh end and looks great in each room. I recently ordered 2 more blinds separately. I didn’t receive the first one and notified them. They were quick to respond and handled this issue promptly. I ended up receiving the replacement blind and my second blind at the same time -Awesome. I am extremely happy with their customer service and will continue to order the rest if my blinds from them, I have 6 more to go. These shades are absolutely gorgeous! They are simple to install and look like they cost a ton. Everyone who has walked into the spaces with them installed have asked me where I got these. I used these for an AirBnB project and used them in every room. I received the "Ready Made" ones within one week and the custom order didn't take more than days. MUST HIGHLIGHT that the customer service is great. Unfortunately, for me, I measured incorrectly on 6 windows. They did not give me a hard time for it and refunded me all 6!
