Description

Fluker's incandescent daylight bulb provide the radiant heat (infrared light) that reptiles need. Reptiles are exothermic and depend on their environmental temperature to regulate their core body temperature. If a reptile is not provided an appropriate environmental temperature range (ETR), it may be predisposed to chronic infections. Because ETR's vary from species to species, ask your pet professional for guidance in determining the appropriate ETR for your pet. Available in 60-watt bulb and blue color.

  • Good quality basking bulbs for daylight use (clear-blue)
Size: 60 Watts
These 60W Flukers branded bulbs are good quality basking bulbs for daylight use (clear-blue). My original bulb from my combo fixture's from another manufacture blinked out in only 2-months of purchase where as these are still going strong. The current price is unbeatable, and with Free and Fast Prime Shipping! ... show more

  • Mine lasted freakishly long.
Size: 60 Watts
I am buying another one of these 60 watt light bulbs because mine just burned out this week. However, the last time I actually bought one was September 19, 2020! I am not sure if it's due to the fact that I have it on a timer to turn on and off after a certain time, or if I got a super bulb. I've never had a bulb last more than several months of any brand. So I'm going to give this one another try and hope I get the same results! ... show more

  • It works, it's an incandescent light bulb
Size: 60 Watts
My son uses these for his hermit crabs. They provide exactly 60 watts of incandescent warmth and have been keeping his pets active for several years now. The bulbs have a good life for an incandescent bulb used 12 hours every day, between 6 months and a year. I'll continue to purchase them.

  • Came undamaged. Works great.
Size: 60 Watts
Great so far. Could've been packaged better....I thought for sure it would be broken...60 watt blue... I use during the day. Seems the right wattage for my young ball python in a 10 gal tank with screen top. As Secondary heat....And I have a UTH (under tank heater) plugged into a thermostat for safety. I hang this bulb (in a dome reflector) above tank on warm side ...and I move it up and/or down according to thermometer and temp gun readings... ... show more

  • A MUST HAVE! Keep your reptile or amphibian heathy!
Size: 60 Watts
We have always purchased the Fluker brand for our n Red Eared Slider Turtles. This light is a MUST for heat & light. It works perfectly. Their shells are hard & a nice color, healthy & growing. I would highly recommend Fluker Lab products, their products will help keep your pets healthy should they require heat or light. • Long lasting
Size: 60 Watts
I bout two because the first bulb I bought (different brand) lasted all of six days. Mind you I alternate 12 hrs night and day heat lamps. However these bad boys lasted me a good month honestly probably even 2 I’m just now using the second bulb so a great purchase I would say!

  • Good for a leopard gecko
Size: 60 Watts
I got this to replace the day bulb for my leopard gecko. As an animal that doesn't bask or need UVA/UVB rays, he doesn't require a heat/basking lamp. However, he does need a bulb to simulate daylight to help keep is circadian rhythm in check. This is great b/c it provides the light without providing too much heat. So if you're in the same boat as me with what I need for my animal, don't waste your money on more expensive heat bulbs; this sort of bulb is all that you really need ... show more

  • Worth it
Size: 60 Watts
I like these. I wanted to use them for a while before I wrote a review. So far its doing exactly what its supposed too. Its keeping the tank warm, and its definitely a nice daylight bulb. I like that it comes with two, so I have a backup incase one burns out. Definitely worth the money, and quality is there. ... show more
