My barber put this on, and I had to ask what the product was. I immediately bought it on my phone in the parking lot right after my appointment. The smell is amazing, and it makes my hair look sharp and awesome. I'm giving this 4 stars because the packaging was slightly loose, and a little bit of liquid came out.     • The pump Fails. Packaging matters.

I like this product, however, the past several times the pump has failed when it gets down to to about a third of the product to go. Then you need to lose the pump and tap the content out. It doesn't have to be this hard to use the product as the manufacturer can just put a squirt nozzle on the top and call it a day. Instead - they keep these defective pumps on the bottle.
