I just received the shark pool basketball and so far so good. It actually inflates bigger than I expected. You need a pump to inflate it. I have a cheap inflatable toy pump that worked great... even though my arms will be sore tomorrow from all the pumping. A powered low-pressure pump would have made the work a lot easier. The basketball feels just like a real one - same rubber as the one I have for the court. It's a little smaller, but about the same weight and "nobby" feel as the real one. I'll test it out this evening and give an update... but so far it is better than expected. Update: After playing with it in the pool for a few days, it is working great. It hasn't turned over a single time, even in rough waters. With the center section inflated, it's almost like there is a suction holding it to the water. If you try to grab it and turn it over quickly on purpose, you have to break the suction before it will. During normal play it hasn't happened any. ... show more

My family and friends have been having a blast with this inflatable hoop, and it has become the highlight of our pool parties. The package came with a basketball, and we were playing pool games in no time. The best part is, the material is much stronger and more durable than other pool hoops we've had before, so I'm confident it will last for many seasons to come. One thing I really appreciate about this pool hoop is its portability. The large bore valves allow for quick inflation and deflation, making it easy to set up and take down. So whenever we're traveling or heading to a friend's pool, we can easily bring the fun with us. I must say, the satisfaction guarantee that comes with it adds an extra layer of assurance. This product was well packaged , not a repack This product was exactly what we wanted. Grandkids coming for the day 2-11 years old I inflated it the night before and left it in guest room. I also purchased a second ball for it. The kids arrive, I retrieve it and see the upright struts have lost all their air-assuming I didn’t close the stopper well-I pump it up again. It lost the air within 20 minutes. Too bad I tossed the box or I would return it and try again. I’m out the $$ and not happy We cannot find the air leak at all using soapy water in spray bottle ... show more

Larger than expected. But it’s great and grandson enjoy very much. It definitely needed to be weighed down otherwise very difficult to throw the ball in the net. We attached two filled water jugs . Originally, it was a very nice pool floaty that we enjoyed playing pool basketball with, but unfortunately, there was a defect in the seams that caused it to be deflated at the bottom.
