I had major vitamin deficiencies as an adult. My internist told me to take two of these every day. Within just a few months, my deficiencies were resolved, and I was feeling better. These are easy to swallow and definitely effective. They did not upset my stomach like many vitamins for adults. They are chewable for folks who have trouble swallowing large pills. They also have much higher vitamin levels than their gummy counterparts. I do wish the flavor was a bit better. I seem to recall these vitamins tasting much better even five or ten years ago, but I read something online about a change in the way they were made, which may have affected their taste. They are a bit expensive compared to some other brands, but I've ended up continuing to use them because they have not bothered my stomach and are definitely working. ... show more

I just had surgery and Flintstone viatmains were recommended 2/day since they were chewable. First time I took one, it instantly brought me back to my youth when I took these. My granddaughter who has autism is very finicky about her foods. Every day chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, pizza, fruit. She was not getting the four food groups in daily. Quite naturally, we tried veggies, V-8, etc. We put her on Smarypants vitamins for kids, and she ate food but still no vegetables just more of the same. Fast forward to trying Flintstones vitamins. What a difference these vitamins have made. My granddaughter eats vegetables and now eat school lunches, most importantly, she eats what we cook everyday. Now, this is huge for parents with Autistic children, please try this, they are flavorful and is not covered in sugar. We also did not have to crush them and mix with yogurt (Yoplait).     • Good product overall, but personally I don't like the taste
I switched to the Flintstones chewable multivitamin after Walgreens discontinued their store brand Women's multivitamin with Iron, which I had been taking for over 20 years. Those were the only ones I could ever find that were about the size of an Advil, easy to swallow, had all of the major vitamins and minerals I needed, do not contain Calcium, which I can't have, and came with the option of with or without Iron. I searched high and low for an alternative that met my needs and the Flintstones vitamins were pretty much the only ones that fit the bill. I don't mind that it's a chewable, but I really don't like the super sugary artificial taste of them. The different colors have slightly different tastes to them, but none really taste like fruit, and I don't like any. But it's easy enough to just quickly chew it up, swallow it, and then take a sip of juice to get the taste out of my mouth, so I will at least finish the bottle, then maybe I'll try the gummies instead. It's funny, because I never even took these as a kid... I had some prescription vitamins that were probably basically the same thing! ... show more

    • Been Around a Long Time For a Reason
This vitamin has been in use around since I was a child and I’m now a senior. I just recently started taking these again as I saw where a doctor in the reviews takes them himself. He takes 2, so I thought, why not? Well, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well these work for me. The effect was subtle but enough to make me want to continue taking them. My thoughts are clearer and it would seem that I do have more energy. I was taking an adult multivitamin prior to this one and it just really didn’t seem to be helping too much as far as my energy levels and brain fog.
