  • exceeds expectation!
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
I've had the printer for little over 2 weeks and have printed loads of things. I came from having a Elegoo Neptune 4 pro to this beast that automates all the tuning that would make people jump down a rabbit hole just to find the settings that sort of works to put down a solid first layer. The 5M Pro makes printing more streamline without the hassle of manual adjusting after every print or so. The unboxing was pain free and is well packaged. I was printing in about 15 minutes after unboxing and going through the auto leveling process. It takes little to no assembly (thats if you're not putting on the rear mounted spool holder). The noise isnt too bad as it is an enclosed printer but the fans can be a little much (may look into a fan mod here soon) thats my only gripe. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking to get into 3D printing and wants the room to grow into not out of since the printer can handle pretty much any materials you through at. ... show more

  • Not bad
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
It's my very first 3d printer so it's super easy for someone like me, im an active suty military in japan and still got here in good condition, it was working right away, i was able to wireless print, just that camera is low resolution but i don't think it "detects" for quality, so not too bad, unfortunately the filament that came with it at first was going well but as i am halfway the spool, some filaments already snapped and kinda ruined one of my prints not knowing it kept printing but with no filament anyway, but other than that i thought its worth it for my first ever 3d printer... ... show more

  • Awesome Printer, but wifi is no good
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
I love this printer itself. I have an Ender 3 Pro and leveling was a pain to do all the time. With this, it is pretty much plug and play. Quieter, faster and easier. Only complaint is that even thought this is in the same room as one of my wireless accesspoints (getting -53dbm), it keeps disconnecting from the network, so right now, I cannot just upload over the network. I have to put on usb and then print from the machine. It does have ethernet, so I am try that, but wireless should be working better. **UPDATE - 2024-12-19** I have even setup ethernet to the printer still facing the same issues. Flash Print (5.8.7 version) is working now with no problems, but other software has a problem. In discussions with support, they believe it is the Flashforge server software on the printer itself and they have sent it to their software development team. Leaving this at 4 stars until this can be rectified. ... show more

  • almost bullet proof. use orcaslicer
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
coming from a 2 year old bed slinging artillery sidewinder, this printer is amazing. able to print a benchy in13-14 minutes with no tuning. extremely fast (200-300mm/s), high quality prints. I appreciate the built in hepa filter. even for PLA, you're melting plastic. it can't possibly be good for your lungs. I miss the extremely large print volume of the sidewinder, but have otherwise been completely satisfied and pleased with this printer. it's been printing for me non stop for a month as of this writing. ... show more

  • Easy to set up. Pretty decent but...
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
As a first time 3d printer owner but experienced CNC user. Print nozzle flap was off and initial firmware set up did not continue after a forced update. My friend's worked fine. Not sure why the difference. The camera quality is poor. Mine keeps pulsing like it continuously is trying to focus every 2 seconds. I do find the printer fun to use and fast. I am able to print D&D characters, printer tools, printer side spool, etc, all easily with PLA at .2mm layers and they look pretty good. Update: I had to take away another star. For some reason, the printer goes offline requiring me to reboot it. Update 2: Sent email to Flashforge concerning the above issue. Never got a response. Customer service needs to be better. ... show more

  • Good and easy to use
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
We go it for our daughter bday; so far she has love it and it can be use hours and hours. As long as you calibrate it works good. Is easy to use and depending on the design it does the job well.

  • Fully enclosed 3D printer printing right out of the box
Size: Adventurer 5M Pro
Fully enclosed, minor setup to start printing. I would have given this 5 stars but... The only thing I've seen as an issue so far is that while the wired networking does work (was able to pull a firmware update right after the calibration completed) Sortware doesn't see it on the network to print to. I can ping it fine, but doesn't appear to have enough of a file structure to be able to add/remove files to/from the onboard storage. One thing I did appreciate about this one is that one of the onboard files is a stylus for the led screen. Printed that and now the screen is much easier to navigate. Will update if/when I find out more about the local file system on the printer and network accessabiliity. ** Update ** Come with a flash drive with their Orca-Flashforge software that you can use to print across the network. Lets you use the internal camera to watch the build from anywhere on the network. Updated to 5 of 5 stars! ... show more
