As parents to a newborn we needed a good chair. This chair is everything we needed for a good price. Was easy to put together, it’s firm, easy to get out of, and comfortable. We like that it rocks, swivels, AND reclines. I can’t see us really using the massage feature, but it is pretty strong/intense for the price, so it could be a good option for someone looking specifically for a massage chair without breaking the bank. Received this today, much faster than I originally expected. Took all of about 5 minutes to assemble. Seems very comfy, probably not the sturdiest chair ever but it was affordable and came from Amazon in boxes so no complaints. Excellent addition to my basement man cave. Do not buy!!!!! Don't buy anything from the manufacturer or shipper! Chair was purchased as a baby shower gift. Within two months, the chair started squeaking when rocking. Horrible if you're trying to rock a baby to sleep. After several months, we reached out to the manufacturer, looking to get a new bottom piece (the chair comes in 4 pieces: the bottom/base, arms, and backrest). The manufacturer suggested we spray WD-40 on the corners of the chair and wait a few days. That did not resolve the issue. They then offered us a $20 refund. We asked for a new bottom piece and they said they could not do that and then offered us $35. Again, I just want a functional chair that doesn't squeak when you rock in a rocking chair. They said stopped responding to our request to receive a functional product. A cheaper chair (we paid almost $400 with shipping) is not going to be the best but we would hope the manufacturer, like most Amazon sellers, would stand behind their products. If they are going to offer any kind of monetary value, it needs to be a full refund, NOT A "PARTIAL REFUND" FOR 9 PERCENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE CHAIR. ... show more

For the price, you can’t complain too much. It was very easy to assemble. Definitely a cheapo chair but I just needed something temporary to be comfortable during pregnancy and to rock my baby in and could fit this in our living room which is already full with two long couches and a lounger chair with a chase. Let’s just say the heat option is nice and the vibrating “massage” can be nice too. Love that it has cup holders. Would I ever purchase this if I was looking for quality? No. Does it get the job done and has functional features? Yep! Overall not disappointed. I must say I’m glad I didn’t overpay for the fake leather versions on amazon. I read they have an odor to them that won’t go away which would have made me want to return it right away. The fabric is not that soft but the chair overall is sturdy *Edit after about 1 month of use * so I’m 9 months pregnant now and of course I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, but the chair is seriously leaning to the side. I can’t help but laugh. I keep telling my husband I’m going to break this thing. Also, after you the chair gets some good use, you can feel the massage pieces through the fabric. I’m big but dang I’m not that big!!! Feels like hard round parts in the butt and on the foot rest. I’m still going to use this chair to it’s full potential but do not purchase thinking it’s a high quality chair that will last a long time. ... show more

The color is a little more blue than grey. But the chair is amazing. I love the massage feature , it doesn’t roll and hurt your back it’s more of a vibration . You can not feel the massagers through the material while sitting in chair. Heat works great and it’s the whole chair surface not just the back . Very comfy, I got it to rock my new born and works great . Great buy for the money . Easy assembly . Even sleeps comfy. I’m 5’8 boyfriend 5’9 and we fit perfectly. The overall quality of the fabric is not great will lose threads and stitching upon unboxing. The chair comes in two separate boxes and we received two of the same part of the chair, not getting the back or arms. Had to go back and forth with the company to get the right part sent and should have just returned it and bought something else. The vibration is okay but can be a bit loud on the legs.
