I ordered this for my dad. He likes it very much. He is 77 and found it very easy to put together. He said it's very comfortable. How ever the controller for the chair was the wrong one. We requested the right one and have been bouncing back and forth. First it was ok what address do we send it to, to that address is not a deliverable address. Mind it was the same address it was originally delivered to. Then it was we will send you a return label and you can return the product. When I asked why it was undeliverable because it was originally delivered there and I gave them an alternative address. It was ordered the around the second week of May here it is 2 weeks later and still don't have the controller! ... show more

As parents to a newborn we needed a good chair. This chair is everything we needed for a good price. Was easy to put together, it’s firm, easy to get out of, and comfortable. We like that it rocks, swivels, AND reclines. I can’t see us really using the massage feature, but it is pretty strong/intense for the price, so it could be a good option for someone looking specifically for a massage chair without breaking the bank. Do not buy!!!!! Don't buy anything from the manufacturer or shipper! Chair was purchased as a baby shower gift. Within two months, the chair started squeaking when rocking. Horrible if you're trying to rock a baby to sleep. After several months, we reached out to the manufacturer, looking to get a new bottom piece (the chair comes in 4 pieces: the bottom/base, arms, and backrest). The manufacturer suggested we spray WD-40 on the corners of the chair and wait a few days. That did not resolve the issue. They then offered us a $20 refund. We asked for a new bottom piece and they said they could not do that and then offered us $35. Again, I just want a functional chair that doesn't squeak when you rock in a rocking chair. They said stopped responding to our request to receive a functional product. A cheaper chair (we paid almost $400 with shipping) is not going to be the best but we would hope the manufacturer, like most Amazon sellers, would stand behind their products. If they are going to offer any kind of monetary value, it needs to be a full refund, NOT A "PARTIAL REFUND" FOR 9 PERCENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE CHAIR. ... show more

We got this for our nursery because we thought the vibration and heat would be nice while trying to soothe the baby. We ended up barely using it. However,the little that we did use it caused excessive amounts of pilling (pictured), and the chair broke down very quickly. The underside of the leg portion ripped immediately and exposed the stuffing. Heat and vibration were good, just low quality materials used to make the chair. Easy to put together and boy this message feature is amazing .I had a lazy boy that couldn’t hold a candle to this . After having the unit for 11 months out of a 2-year added warranty, I found that the cups in the arm rests were supposed to be removable. The Right arm cup comes out but the left one does not come out without a great deal of effort. They first offered me a 15% refund on the price. I sed that was not acceptable. I suggested that they replace the Left arm Rest since it separates from the chair easily. Th only next offer was a 35% refund, even though I am not satisfied I have accepted the offer. The Assurant Warranty I purchased for a 2-year period is not worth the time or money, considering the Results. ... show more
