Over the years, I’ve had a nagging pain on the inside part of my elbow where the tendon and bone connect. Usually, I get it from excessive push-ups and pull-ups. As instructed in the manual I did Isometric wrist curls for 30 seconds x 4 reps, twice a day. I was surprised that the pain in my elbow went away within a week. I’m going to keep doing the isometrics for another week or two, and then graduate towards more eccentric wrist curls. To save money originally, I tried using some of the workout bands, lying around my house, and I can say That these tubes are significantly more effective and worth the price. Theraband flexbar is more expensive but better quality. These don’t hold their shape, especially the ones with heavier resistance. They will do the job but the longevity is questionable.

The set has 4 bars of increasing stiffness. Another brand only gives you 2 bars for about the same money. They are incredibly versatile! This is a two edged sword.
