This dishwasher was delivered with a defect that wasn’t determined until being installed by plumber a couple weeks after delivery. (New home) Seller agreed Initially to accept return / sent me return label…then changed their mind upon my call to confirm return details…and said for me to call manufacturer for warranty (even provided me the phone number.) Guess what !!!! They are not an authorized distributor and manufacturer will not warranty the unit !!! This seller is a third party seller !!! Amazon did a “third world country” review of the case (I could hardly understand the sweet soft spoken girl who assured me Amazon wouldn’t let a seller be so deceptive as to misrepresent such an expensive product) Denied my claim I have a brand new / in original packaging defective unit that neither the 1) seller, 2) manufacturer, or 3) Amazon will stand behind Buyer beware !!!!     • Best Dishwasher EVER
It was easy to install and with the two drawers, you can wash either drawer by itself or together. It is situated to use dry powder instead of liquid or pod-type detergent. Dry is cheaper/load and I found a bio-friendly product on Amazon. The racks are unique in design and work with any pots, pans, and large bowls. The racks remove easily to access the filter which is easy to remove, clean, and reinstall. Uses less than two gallons hot water per wash, per drawer. Most of all, its great if you don't consistently favor bending over to fill the dishwasher. You can wash one load while you fill the other, so no dirty dishes are lying around awaiting their wash. Although i am not a trained plumber i had no problems installing the unit even though I have custom cabinets with granite counters. I had this dishwasher for 7 months now and absolutely love it! My dishes and silverware come out sparking. I love the dry setting. You can set it for extra dry and even when the cycle is finished the dryer will still run for about 20 25 minutes after to ensure every plate and utensil is completely dry. I use the fast wash setting and it's incredible! I have used the heavy wash on a pot that had burned and it came out like brand new. I definitely recommend this dishwasher. ... show more

This dishwasher is great. It comes with everything you need except for the drain line to your sink. The drawers are deep and easy to learn to use. However, the cycles are longer than most American made dishwashers so expect the normal cycle to last about 2.5 hours. Eco is only 90 minutes-ish. I like the quality and fit and finish. No need to get any accessory to hold it in place as it has 4 adjustable legs so you can make it push up against the bottom of the counter top. ... show more
