I never write reviews but I needed to do it for this product. The overall bar cart was very cute but the box was extremely damaged, the bottom wooden piece was ripped from the nails and it was way shorter than I thought it was going to be. I measured the bar cart once I put it together and it was 25 inches tall not including the handle. The process of putting it together was not difficult, so, that was nice. I was going to ignore the fact that the wooden piece is broken because it was not extremely noticeable. I did not like how short it was so I decided to return it. With normal Amazon orders, I can take a package I'm returning to Khol's not packaged or anything and it is an easy process. NOT with this order! I had to take it apart which is understandable but also annoying. Before I took it apart to return it, I tried reaching out to the company by phone to see if there were any alternative options. There was no option to talk to anyone regarding the issues and the phone number just hung up on me after listening to the automated voice messaging system. I tried to email them and the email system was one of the strangest emailing systems I have ever encountered. Once I received the email, I followed the instructions and chose the Amazon link since I bought it through Amazon. It took me back to the Amazon page for the non-existent phone number. I finally ended up taking the bar cart apart and returning it to a UPS Store but the overall process was extremely inconvenient and irritating. I had to buy a box from UPS even though the return was free. The bar cart was too big for any box I could get without paying for it. If you are looking to buy this just be aware that it is very short, might come damaged, and returning it is a pain! I bought this item when it was on sale and it was worth the money. However, for full price of the product, I do believe it should be more sturdy. Regardless, it is easy to assemble and looks just like the pictures.

Bought this for my husband for our anniversary. Was nervous because he’s the one that builds everything 😂 I was able to build this with ease! Super cute cart. Good quality and packaging. Was nervous about the wood shelves but they look amazing. The one downfall is it was a little shorter than I thought. Served its purpose since I didn't want to spend alot, but I was difficult to assemble considering the screws did not fit and screw on bottom pieces. Had to go buy bolts that would hold the bottle and glass holder which was a huge headache and inconvenience.
